Getting Started with SRT Subtitle Translator

Welcome to SRT Subtitle Translator! This guide will walk you through the basics.

1. Choosing a File

SRT Subtitle Translator can open SubRip SRT files directly or extract them directly from video files.

2. Translating

Once you have opened the subtitles, choose the language you want to translate “From” and “To”.

To start translation, click “Translate”. A dialog may appear for you to download and install any required language packs. Language packs can be managed in System Settings under Language & Region > Translation Languages.

3. Export

You can export the original subtitles by clicking the “Save Original SRT” button. After translation completes, you can export the translated subtitles by clicking the “Save Translated SRT” button.
